Genevieve Chappell is an experienced senior manager having held numerous service delivery and operations roles in acute, non-acute, public and private health settings for more than 20 years. Currently as the Director of Operations, Genevieve oversees the operations of  Population Health including the Victorian Participant Follow Up Function (PFUF) of the National Bowel Cancer Screening Program (NBCSP). Genevieve is committed to ensuring the delivery of high quality registry and data services to support program delivery and management, including; data reporting, management and quality, monitoring and follow up services, stakeholder liaison and support, contact centre and mail house services. With a strong interest in population health and cancer prevention, Genevieve has managed registries and data services since 2000, including eight years as Director of Operations for BreastScreen Victoria, prior to joining VCS in 2008. Other positions held include Manager, Health Information Services, The Royal Melbourne Hospital and Health Information Advisor. Genevieve has been and continues to be an active member of national and local committees and working groups on screening and quality.
